Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Posca Hydrate Pty Ltd (ABN: 17656988920), Level 1, 105 Reservior St, Surrey, Hills, 2010
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at14:00 AEST on November 14th 2025 and closes at 19:00 AEST on Novmber 15th2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must:
- Scan QR code, enter name and email to form.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual (as determined by name and/or mobile number) will be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes
Prize:

6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST on Nov 18 2025 at Posca Hydrate HQ. The winner will be selected using a verifiable random number generator (Google RNG) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified via email call within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and city or state may be published on the Promoter’s official website and/or social media channels.
The winner’s personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, a redraw will be conducted at the same location on 17 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEST using the same draw method. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner.
9. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
- The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, and prize suppliers, for this purpose. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
- the promotion;
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
- any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected;
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms;
- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
- use of the prize, including travel delays or failure to obtain travel documentation.
