

Find Merrick’s Billboard to win Flights to Rome
We've recently updated our Outdoor billboards with our latest campaign work - The Elixir to Fix Ya.
Merrick was determined to have his own versions of the ads so we handed over one site to run his ad.
The only problem is, we don’t know what he’s done. And we’re not telling you where it is.
Our challenge to you is to “Find Merrick’s Billboard”
Mez has had complete creative freedom. Whether it’s epic, absurd or just downright weird (spoiler: probably all three), you’ll know when you see it.
And if you do? You could win flights to Rome, the ancient home of Posca Hydrate.
The 6-week ‘Find Merrick’s Billboard’ campaign is rolls out across Out-of-Home media nationally from the May 26, 2025

To enter, you must physically spot Merrick’s billboard in the wild - meaning time, location, and ideally a snap for proof. The rules are simple:
Find the billboard before June 30th, 2025 (we’re not saying where - that’s your job)
Text the location to 0437 936 390 (beware, Merrick may call you back)
Chance to win (flights to Rome or minor prizes)
Entries will go into the draw to win a major prize, return flights for two to Rome (estimated flight time approx. 57 hours), deliberately extended to be the longest journey to Rome possible - because no true gladiator ever took the easy way out. Minor prizes include a year’s supply of Posca Hydrate.
The disruptive campaign is designed to create talkability and earned attention, aligning with Posca Hydrate’s position as a modern hydration brand with ancient roots and no interest in playing by traditional rules.
The legal stuff
Terms & Conditions – “Find Merrick's Billboard – Win a Long Trip to Rome” Promotion
1. Promoter
The promoter is Posca Hydrate Pty Ltd (ABN: 17656988920), Level 8, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 21 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must:
- Locate the secret “Merrick” billboard in person during the promotion period, including suburb and street; and
- Send an SMS with the location details to the number provided by the Promoter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual (as determined by name and/or mobile number) will be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes
Major Prize:
- Two return economy-class flights to Rome, Italy (valued at approximately $1,500 AUD total).
- Flights are subject to availability and standard travel conditions, including blackout periods, and must be booked and used within 12 months of the prize draw unless otherwise agreed.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not provided by the Promoter.
- Accommodation, visas, passports, and spending money are the responsibility of the winner.
Minor Prize:
- A year’s supply of Posca Hydrate: 24 cases of 24-can packs (valued at approximately $2,000 AUD).
- Prize will be delivered in monthly or quarterly batches as agreed with the winner and subject to reasonable delivery conditions within Australia.
Total Prize Pool:
- Approximate total value of all prizes is $3,500 AUD.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST on 5 July 2025 at Posca Hydrate HQ. The winner will be selected using a verifiable random number generator (Google RNG) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified via SMS or phone call within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and city or state may be published on the Promoter’s official website and/or social media channels.
The winner’s personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, a redraw will be conducted at the same location on 5 August 2025 at 12:00pm AEST using the same draw method. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
- The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, and prize suppliers, for this purpose. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
- the promotion;
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access, or third party interference;
- any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected;
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms;
- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
- use of the prize, including travel delays or failure to obtain travel documentation.
