Creator Programme Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Posca Hydrate collects when you take part in our creator programme, and what we do with it. It sits alongside our main , which still applies. Where this notice adds detail, it adds it. It does not replace anything.

What we collect, and when
When we send you product. If you accept a gift through our creator form, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, social media handle, and a record of what you agreed to and when.
When you post about us. If you tag or mention Posca Hydrate publicly on Instagram or TikTok, we collect the post, your handle, the post's public performance figures, and a copy of the content itself. We do this so we can keep a record of the collaboration, know what we are permitted to use, and understand what our creator programme actually achieves.
We only collect posts that publicly tag or mention us, or that we find through public hashtag and keyword searches. We do not access your private messages, your private account, or anything you have not made public.
Why we keep a copy of your content
Social posts disappear. Stories vanish in 24 hours, posts get deleted, accounts get closed. If we are permitted to use your content, we need our own copy to be able to honour that permission, and to be able to prove afterwards what was agreed. We store that copy privately. Keeping a copy is not the same as having permission to use it, and we only use content the way you agreed to.
What we do with it
- Send you product
- Keep a record of what we sent, what you agreed to, and when that permission expires
- Reshare or advertise your content, but only within the permission you gave
- Understand how our creator programme is performing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else touches it
Our online store runs on Shopify, and our systems run on standard cloud hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Where content came from Instagram or TikTok, those platforms have their own policies covering what you posted there.
How long we keep it
We keep gift and consent records for as long as we need them to show what was agreed, and to meet our tax and business record obligations. We keep content copies for the length of the permission you gave, plus a reasonable period afterwards to demonstrate what we were entitled to do. When a permission expires, the content stops being available for use.
Your choices
You can withdraw permission for us to use your content at any time. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See .

Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to creators we are actively working with.
